If you receive a wrong or damaged order, please let us know within 7 days, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
To request for an exchange, follow the steps below.
1. Take a photo (or multiple photos) of your wrong/damaged item.
2. Send an email to email@example.com with the following details:-
Your name and email that you used to place the order
Photos of the wrong/ damaged item.
Describe the damage or changes necessary to correct the order, i.e., color, size, style, etc.
Once we receive all the information from you, we will prepare and send out a replacement product to you.
